FAQ

We understand the importance of choosing the right videographer to capture your day and to help with this we have compiled a list of questions we are frequently asked.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR FILMING STYLE?

Our goal is to give you the best memory of your day possible, we work very discreetly capturing the natural moments rather than forced staged shots. We won't be asking you to pose or do anything that isn't true to you, we want you and your guests to enjoy the day without at all feeling self conscious so we work with what is in front of us and adapt to create something fun, elegant and personal.

HOW LONG DOES THE EDITING TAKE?

Editing your wedding is an extremely time consuming exercise which we don't like to rush, a typical wedding video will take up to 25 hours to edit. Please allow up to 9 weeks after the wedding for delivery, however every effort will be taken to deliver before this time and for an additional fee we can offer a fast turnaround or arrange for a preview edit to be with you before the final film.

DO YOU WORK ALONE AND CAN I PAY FOR A SECOND VIDEOGRAPHER?

Yes absolutely, depending on the package you choose there will be 1 or 2 videographers with you. For £350 we can arrange for an additional videographer which ultimately means more angles and move coverage.

WHAT IS THE 'RAW FOOTAGE EDIT' IN THE GOLD PACKAGE?

Some of the footage shot on the day won't make it into the final polished edit and we understand that every moment is valuable to you so we can provide the raw footage compiled into a long clip for you to treasure and further bring back memories, think of this one as a 'behind the scenes' video. Here is an example: Heather & Paul RAW Footage

HOW LONG WILL YOU STAY?

Typically we stay up to an hour after the first dance, this is a great opportunity for us to get some fun evening party shots, however we are happy to stay longer for an additional fee, just ask.

CAN WE MEET YOU BEFORE THE WEDDING?

Yes! It's always a great idea to meet beforehand to introduce ourselves and go over any final plans for the day, we can also Zoom or phone if this is more convenient.

WHY IS THERE A £30 CHARGE FOR CHURH WEDDINGS?

This is because each Church Ceremony requires us to get a PPL license to allow us to record the music in the church and use it on your video.

DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE FOOD?

Being fed at a wedding is always a lovely gesture and is much appreciated however don't feel obliged to, we always come prepared and won't be offended if you don't.

HOW AND WHEN DO WE PAY?

Payment can be done via bank transfer, cash or Paypal. We normally ask for a £50 booking fee to secure your chosen date, we then ask for at least 50% before your wedding, the remaining balance can then be paid once you receive your video.

CAN WE ADD A DRONE TO THE BRONZE PACKAGE?

Sure, we can supply a fully CAA licensed and insured drone pilot for £150

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY FILM?

You will receive your film on an 8GB USB stick as well as an online link to share with family and friends. If you need extra USB's or your film delivered on DVD or BLU-RAY please ask. Your film will be full 1080 HD unless you choose 4K from the Gold Package

DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?

We don't charge for travel within a 100 mile radius, anything above this may incur a travel charge. Anything over 2hrs travel time will require accommodation (so that we're there early enough and fresh enough to film you getting ready), a basic hotel close to the venue is fine!

ARE YOU INSURED?

We are fully insured and have £5million public liability insurance.

DO YOU RECOMMEND OTHER SUPPLIERS?

Absolutely! We have worked with some great supplies in our time, some of which can be found HERE
